HI FOLKS I DON'T WANT TO BE A "KILL JOY"

WITH TEMPS IN THE SINGLE DIGGETS. WE MUST BE VERY AWARE OF WHAT CAN HAPPEN. SO I AM GOING TO GIVE MY BEST ADVISE TO YOU. I KNOW THAT MOST KNOW OF THESE SIMPLE RULES BUT THOUSANDS LOSE THEIR LIVES EACH YEAR
DUE TO LACK OF KNOWLEGE OR FORGETFULNESS!

ALWAYS DRESS IN LAYERS: IF you can dress in layers this will help keep the body heat in.

COVER YOUR HEAD! It is a fact that a lot of body heat is lost through your head! (Heat rises to the top)

WEAR GLOVES,AND BOOTS AND HEAVY COATS.

OUR OLDER FOLKS:
PLEASE CHECK ON OUR OLDER FOLKS TO SEE THAT
THEY ARE DOING OK IN THIS WEATHER
Our government has cut down on services to
the elderly. A lot don't have money
to heat their home. To me this sucks when we are throwing billions into Iran ect and we don't have enought for Americans seniors.
Please knock on the door or call a eldery person and make sure they are ok in this cold weather.
In Il. they have found 3 elderly folks dead from frostbite and no heat! What a shame! This should not happen!

NOW FOR YOUR PETS:
LOTS OF US FORGET OUR PETS THEY NEED SHELTER TOO!
Bring your dog or cat inside if you can. this is the best way to protect them.
for others, make sure they have a warm place to stay in and water to drink. you would not want to lose your pet to the cold!

YOUR CAR OR TRUCK:
BEST ADVISE, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FLUIDS OIL, BRAKES, TIRES
KEEP A SPARE BLANKET SHOVEL WATER SNACKS IN CASE YOU ARE STRANDED.
AND OF COURSE A GOOD CELL PHONE I USE THE TRAC-FONE BECAUSE I ONLY NEED IT FOR EMERC'S. FLASH LIGHT, FLARES,RADIO,AND SOMETHING TO USE TO FLAG DOWN A PASSING CAR ECT.

I LIKE TO KEEP ON THE LIGHTER SIDE OF LIFE IF I CAN BUT WITH THIS BAD WINTER WEATHER I WANTED YOU ALL SAFE AND SOUND
